Each tablet contains 65 mg of elemental iron, equivalent to 325 mg of Ferrous Sulfate which provides 361% of Daily Value.

Directions: As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
