How do you use Panadol Cold + Flu All in one

       *  Adults + children aged 12 years and older : 1-2 tablets

       *Every 4-6 hours, do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours

       *Place tablet(s) in mouth and swallow with water.

Ingredients

Each caplet contains:

• Paracetamol = 250mg
  
  
• Guaifenesin = 100 mg
  
  
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride =5 mg

Storage Instruction

·         Store at room temperature 15 - 30˚C.
